The total sales for the prior twelve months and the sales for the requested time frame per product are visually presented on the dashboard with charts.
The recorder keeps track of the quantity of each product sold and can be viewed by current day, month, quarter and year.
The user-friendly interface ensures relevance in the future by facilitating idiot-proof modification of the background data (i.e. staff and products to be added and removed from the drop down lists).
The base subject, greeting, and body text for three distinct emails are fully editable as is the recipient list, which will be incorporated into the generated emails.
The user-friendly interface and functionality of the Auto Emailer increases efficiency, ensures consistency and reduces the risk of errors.
Note: To use the Auto Emailer, Outlook must be installed.

FILE CONSOLIDATING
All files (of either .xlsx or .csv extension) in the selected folder will be imported and the user will have the option to either merge the data from each individual worksheet into one worksheet, or to keep each worksheet separate.
When merging data into one worksheet the user can choose whether to include the headings from each worksheet or to only use the first set of headings.
